Effective August 28, 2026
We will never sell, rent, or trade your information — donor data included. Ever. We collect only what we need to run the foundation, and grant applications are held in strict confidence.
When you join our community, express board interest, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone if you provide it, your interests and skills, and your message. We use it to follow up on what you asked about.
If you joined our community or expressed interest in board or committee service, we also add you to our email updates. Sending us a message through the contact form does not subscribe you to anything. Email updates are managed through Brevo, our email service provider; every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
Grant applications are confidential. They are read by our board and reviewers for the sole purpose of awarding grants. They are never published, never shared outside the review process, and never used for marketing. When we publish grants on our Transparency page, we list date, community, category, and amount — never a recipient's name.
Stories and photos you share with us are used publicly only if you check the permission box — and even then, we contact you and confirm before any specific use.
When you give, we collect your name, email, and mailing address so we can acknowledge and receipt your gift properly. Online payments are processed by Zeffy, our donation platform; we never see or store your card number. Donors appear by name on our Transparency page only with permission; otherwise gifts are listed as anonymous.
We don't sell, rent, or trade any personal information, including donor lists. We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site. We don't send email you didn't sign up for.
To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email help@normalagain.org and we'll take care of it.
